ok, I'm good to go with influencing weak minded people to flexing in my direction. But now I need to advance to people a little smarter or basically just in a position of decision making (think along the lines of a hiring or HR manager). Any tips or exercises to help me flex on these people while still in a mental state to be thinking on my feet, answering spontaneous questions (i.e. not in a hard focus mode) and such?
